Lee has worked in the veterinary industry since 1991, first in practice, then building the software that runs it. He's led operations at the largest practice-management supplier in Europe, seen it through acquisition, and spent the years since bridging the gap between the farmer and the vet.
Enters the veterinary industry, first in practice, then supplying practice information management systems (PiMS).
Heads Operations at VetSolutions, growing it organically and through M&A into Europe's biggest PiMS supplier.
VetSolutions is sold to Henry Schein Inc; Lee stays on the leadership team a further five years.
Builds up Big Data Synergy, with apps to bridge the gap between farmer and vet and support legacy PiMS.
Joins BCF, a veterinary diagnostic-imaging manufacturer; shifts pricing to cloud licensing, then leads innovation across the group.
